I'm confusing.

Wed Jun 3, 2009, 2:36 PM
I went to my neurologist a few weeks ago and got a spinal tap to make a final test proving my lack of syphilis and to test for the autoimmune disorders they expected me to have. The tests all came back negative, so I don't have syphilis (though I will be going through a 3 week long treatment so that I can get heath insurance >:I ) but they also didn't find what the autoimmune antibody I had was from. In the end, we found my optic neuritis was idiopathic, there's no reason we could find that I got it, and whatever autoimmune thing I have is a mystery.

I have some Hawaiian mango soda though. It's pretty awesome :D

hawaiian mango soda does sound awesome. everything mango usually is ^^
random autoimmune sickness sounds less awesome. your case might totally make an MD House-episode >_>

It is :D lol DELICIOUS MANNNGOSSSS....

It'll go something like: "OMG WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU" "lol, I dunno" *abject scenes to show the highschool-esque relationships between the the main characters while doing doctor-y type things* "OH. I guess it was nothing :I" End.

I´d really call in dr. House. I know that show is stupid and he´s down right crazy, but they solve out medical problems in a funny fashion... You could be a fine speciment for an episode. :) How do your eyes serve you now?
:iconhypothetic-realist:
I'd just have to go through like 5 random and probably bad treatments before anything useful happened :P And my visions back to 20/20 with only the slightest distortion in my right eye :D C:

OK, that´s would be excusable for the incompetent doctors if they at least manage to keep it that way.

*shrug* there's not really anything you can do for optic neuritis besides wait it out. There's steroid treatments if it's really bad, but obviously if it's not then you really shouldn't take them D: Plus, in what I've experienced, optic neuritis isn't that bad at all, just incredibly tedious and freaky lol

Otherwise, all my doctors (excluding the ones at the ER) have been super awesome and accommodating :D
